Our Terrazzo Flake Collection is a distinctive blend of hybrid sized polymer flake elements designed to mimic Italian Marble Terrazzo! With limitless customizable options, choosing our Terrazzo Flake system is the perfect choice for your next resinous floor project! Spartan now offers hundreds, if not thousands of color combinations, so  If you need help choosing a flake system, or you can't find what you're looking for, please start a chat or call our toll free number 1-877-288-1952. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday - 9am to 5pm.

The images you see are displaying a full broadcast flake system. A full broadcast (full flake) is when the flakes are broadcasted until rejection. Where you don't see any of the colored epoxy underneath. You can broadcast our flakes as much or as little as you want. If you like the look and if your budget allows, a full flake adds an entire protective layer, which results in one of the most durable resinous flooring systems that you can buy. Only quartz has a higher durability rating.

Here's a quick list of how to determine how many lbs of Terrazzo Flakes you need:

1/4" Size Coverage:

Light coverage / .002 lbs per sq. ft.

Medium coverage / .01 lbs per sq. ft.

Heavy coverage / .04 lbs per sq. ft.

Full coverage / .15 lbs per sq. ft.

For example, if you want a medium coverage and you have a 1000 sq. ft. garage floor to cover. You multiply .01 x 1000 = 10. So you will need 10lbs total paint chips.

1/16" Size Full Coverage: Square footage divided by 6. For example, 600 sq ft floor would need 100 lbs. You divide 600 by 6 = 100.
