Order Processing Policy 

Choose Light Gray, Medium Gray or Black for expedited shipping. If you're looking for expedited shipping you can request in the comments section of the order "HOT RUSH". Due to COVID-19, orders are taking an extra 1 to 3 days to ship. Please be patient as we work through these historical times. Our #1 priority is to keep our employees safe and healthy. Even though we are fully operational, we still have a set of guidelines issued by Gov. Wolf that are designed to keep the working environment safe and clean. These guidelines have slowed production down by 1 to 3 business days.  

All of our coatings are made fresh to ensure that the customer gets the highest quality product possible. Please be prepared to wait 3 to 10 business days for your order during the COVID-19 limitations. 

We are closed during holidays. Since our warehouse is operational 24 hours per day, please allow an extra 2 to 3 business days if you purchase during a holiday. Overnight shipping is available upon request. Since epoxies and urethanes are considered corrosive and flammable the price to ship is most likely more than the cost of your actual order. It's possible we could offer large orders 2 day freight, please request more information with your sales rep. 

Once your Spartan Epoxies order ships, our system will notify you via email. It's possible that you can receive your pigments and tools first. Please don't be alarmed your epoxy and urethane order will be delivered soon after. 

If your order ships via truck (freight ltl) you will get a PRO number. We do not send out PRO numbers automatically since we use so many different trucking companies. You will need to request that information from us. However, the trucking company will contact you to schedule delivery. Keep in mind to provide the best possible phone number during the time of account creation. We will give the trucking company the phone number on your account. Any additional fees such as lift gate or storage fees will be billed directly to the customer.
