Product Storage

Store product at 60–90°F. Keep at normal room temperature before use. Low temperatures or fluctuations may cause crystallization.

Surface Preparation

Substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, oil, or laitance. To test dryness, tape a 4'×4' plastic sheet to the surface for 24 hrs; if no moisture is present, substrate is acceptable. For cracks up to 1/8", remove all unsound concrete and vacuum debris.

Product Mixing

Mix 1 part A to 1 part B by volume. Use low-speed equipment (jiffy mixer, putty knife, or spatula) until uniform in color. Mix only what can be used within pot life. Improper mixing may result in product failure.

Priming

No primer required.

Product Application

Apply mixed material with a margin trowel, putty knife, or suitable tool.

Recoat / Topcoating

For cracks <1/8", many epoxies can be applied directly over uncured CF100. Alternatively, allow to cure before coating. If a whitish amine blush appears, wash with detergent before topcoating. Compatible with epoxy, urethane, and multiple CF100 layers.

Cleanup

Clean tools with xylol immediately after use.

Floor Cleaning

Some cleaners may affect color. Test in a small area before full cleaning. If safe, continue using that cleaner and process.

Restrictions

Restrict to light traffic and non-harsh chemicals until fully cured (see Technical Data). Keep floor dry during cure. Surface may be slippery when wet or contaminated—maintain a clean, dry surface.
